What you're receiving
Deep Receiving is a free MP3 created as a companion to The Rhythm of Money. It’s for the part of you that’s ready to relate to money from a deeper place than effort, analysis, or self-improvement.
It begins with a brief guided opening, then carries you into soothing music, gentle underlying tones, and spoken affirmations for safety, receiving, and capability with money.
This isn’t something to work through or figure out. It’s something to let in.
Lie down, press play, and let the words move beneath the part of you that tries to manage everything through thinking.
As we begin moving from the inner work of money patterns into the outer work of finance, Deep Receiving helps train your nervous system to become less defended against receiving, success, creativity, and follow-through, so the financial guidance you may have heard before can finally begin working in your real life.

About the host
I'm a retired Investment Advisor (IAR), and former business consultant and psychotherapist. For years, working with women on their real financial lives, what kept showing up wasn't just a financial knowledge problem.
It was something much more pervasive and undermining. It was their bodies' response to money. The bracing, the flinch, the hiding and spacing out when what was needed was engagement and clarity. I made Deep Receiving to offer what those clients needed most and could rarely find: a way to shift their relationship with money that starts where the problem actually lives, in the body.
